Original stone picnic structure and washroom facility

Set across 80 picturesque acres, this remarkable property began as a federal centennial project in the late 1960s, originally known as Fieldstone Campground. Built to exceptional standards, it featured 125 fully serviced campsites, paved internal roads, playgrounds, a water treatment facility, and a sewer lift stations supported by durable stone and concrete structures that remain today. In the early 1990s, the property entered private ownership and was enhanced with the addition of a man-made lake, which quickly became a popular destination for campers and the surrounding community. The lake continues to serve as the centerpiece of the landscape.

In 2022, the Beckett family acquired the property with a vision to transform it into a premier residential subdivision, addressing Moosomin’s growing demand for estate-style living.

The development will unfold in two phases. Phase I (North) will include 26 residential lots, while Phase II (South) will offer 17 additional lots, each designed to maximize privacy, natural beauty, and community appeal. Significant restoration has already taken place, including revitalized green spaces, walking trails, improvements to the lake and beach area, and updated playgrounds.

Ongoing enhancements will continue to elevate the property and preserve its long-term value. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a unique legacy property where history, nature, and thoughtful development come together.
